Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee infrastructure projects across 5–6 locations in and around Siliguri.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and complete projects within the defined timeline and budget.
• Handle projects in hilly terrain, ensuring smooth execution while addressing geographical and logistical challenges.
• Manage client relationships, including project updates, billing, and issue resolution.
• Oversee client billing, invoicing, and documentation to ensure timely payments.
• Lead manpower sourcing, deployment, and workforce planning for multiple project sites.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with company and statutory standards.
• Prepare project reports, MIS, and progress updates for management.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
