Role & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards, procedures, and processes.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, supply chain) to drive quality improvements.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and oversee rework or disposal processes.
• Support supplier quality management by performing supplier audits and evaluating performance.
• Prepare and present quality reports, metrics, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and review quality-related aspects of product designs and processes.
