Founder & MD
SatishRam Kumar Goyal is the Founder and Managing Director of Spar Geo Infra Pvt. Ltd., whose visionary leadership has established the company as a trusted name in infrastructure and geo-engineering. A graduate of Rajasthan University, he brings decades of entrepreneurial experience and strategic expertise. Under his guidance, the company has delivered quality-driven, sustainable infrastructure projects across India. He is actively associated with industry bodies such as ASSOCHAM and CII. Beyond business, Mr. Goyal is dedicated to social impact, supporting education, skill development, and community welfare through various charitable foundations and trusts.
Co-Founder & Director
Nitin Goyal is a seasoned infrastructure leader with over 16 years of experience in geo-engineering, roads & highways, disaster management, and infrastructure development. Holding a B.Tech and an MBA in International Business Management, he combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen to drive sustainable growth and innovation. Under his leadership, Spar Geo Infra has expanded into PPP projects, Warehousing & Logistics Hubs, and Wayside Amenities (WSA) while delivering landmark infrastructure projects across India. His unwavering commitment to quality, engineering excellence, and sustainable development continues to strengthen the company's vision of building resilient, future-ready infrastructure.
